Site Builder & Grove & Holt Web Co.
Terms of Service

The terms for using Site Builder.

Last updated 4 September 2026

Building is free. You pay only when you decide to put the site on the internet, and you can stop whenever you like. The rest of this is the detail behind those two sentences.

Who you're dealing with

Site Builder is operated by Grove & Holt Web Co., a web and brand studio in Palm Bay, Florida. Reach us at business@groveandholtweb.com. Using the app means you accept these terms.

What it costs

Free to build. $49.99 a month once you publish. No setup fee. The first month is charged when you publish, and monthly after that on the same date.

What publishing gets you

Cancelling

Cancel any time, in the app: open the menu, choose Manage subscription, give the site name and the email you paid with, and cancel on the page that opens. It takes the same two details signing up did, and you never have to ask us. Your subscription runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and the site comes offline at the end of it. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

Download your files before you go. The app's Download button gives you the finished site, and it's yours to host anywhere. We don't hold your work hostage.

We may suspend or end a subscription if payment fails, or immediately if a published site breaks the rules below.

What you own

Your content is yours: your business details, your text, your photos, your logo. The finished site files are yours to keep and to host elsewhere. We claim no ownership over any of it.

The app itself, its templates and its code remain ours.

You're responsible for what you publish

The app helps you build a site; it doesn't check whether what you've written is true. You are responsible for making sure your site is accurate and lawful. In particular:

We can take down a published site that breaks these rules, and we'll tell you why.

Things we can't promise

Liability

We'll provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the problem arose, and we're not liable for lost profit or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Changes

If we change these terms we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change materially affects a running subscription, we'll tell you before it applies to you.

Copyright complaints

The sites built here carry photos and words that the people who built them supplied. If something published through Site Builder infringes your copyright, tell us and we will act on it.

Send a notice to business@groveandholtweb.com with the subject Copyright notice. To be actionable it needs to identify the work you say was copied, the address of the page carrying it, how to reach you, a statement that you believe in good faith the use was not authorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them, and your signature, physical or typed.

We remove or disable material that is the subject of a valid notice and tell the person who published it. If you believe your material was taken down in error you can send a counter-notice to the same address, and we will pass it on. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are closed.

Settling a disagreement

Talk to us first. Email business@groveandholtweb.com and give us 30 days. Nearly everything is a misunderstanding about a charge or a deadline, and both of us would rather fix it than argue about it.

If that does not settle it, you and Grove & Holt Web Co. agree to resolve the dispute by binding arbitration on an individual basis, before a single arbitrator, under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, and each of us gives up the right to a jury and to take part in a class action. Arbitration takes place in Brevard County, Florida, or remotely if you would rather.

Two things this does not stop. Either of us can still bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. And you can opt out of this arbitration agreement entirely by emailing business@groveandholtweb.com with the subject Arbitration opt-out within 30 days of first subscribing. Opting out costs you nothing and changes nothing else about your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Anything not sent to arbitration under the section above goes to the courts of Brevard County, Florida.
